Chris Freeland
Vice President of Regulatory & Finance
As Vice President of Regulatory & Finance for Hope Gas and Hope Utilities, Chris Freeland has over 15 years of experience in natural gas utility rate regulation. In his previous role as Director of Regulatory and Pricing, he oversaw all rate functions, including general rate case proceedings, infrastructure rider proceedings, and gas cost recovery proceedings.
Chris graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Here he was recognized by the John Chamber’s College of Business and Economics for his academic excellence. Since then Chris has become a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program and a graduate of Leadership Harrison, and he currently sits on the Morgantown Area Partnership board.
