Where is the Hope Gas Headquarters?
Hope Gas Headquarters is located in Morgantown, West Virginia. However, there are multiple field operation facilities across the state.
Where do I send my check?
The address to mail payments to is Hope Gas, PO Box 646049, Pittsburgh, PA 15264-6049.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes — online bill payment is available and encouraged. You can make payments through the Hope Gas My Account system. Simply log in using the same username and password you used in the previous Manage Your Account (MYA) system. The first time you sign in, you’ll be prompted to update your password.
How do I contact customer service?

If you smell natural gas, leave the area immediately and move to a safe location. Once you are at a safe distance, call 911 and Hope Gas at 1-800-934-3187 right away to report the odor. Do not use phones, light switches, appliances or anything that could create a spark while you are still near the smell.
